Mr. Levin-Epstein is the founder and managing partner of Levin-Epstein & Associates, P.C., a law firm with a concentration on wage and hour violations, unpaid overtime, wage theft, and employment disputes in New York and Connecticut.

He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Levin-Epstein’s core legal focus includes litigation involving employment contracts, unfair competition, restrictive covenants, bankruptcy disputes, judgment enforcement, and asset recovery. He has successfully represented clients in high-stakes matters including adversary proceeding litigation, the recovery of wages and property under federal and state law, and cross-border judgment enforcement.

Mr. Levin-Epstein has lectured at the Foreign and International Law Committee of the New York County Lawyers’ Association on the enforcement of foreign money judgments. His presentation offered practical guidance on judgment entry procedures, asset tracing, and enforcement of judgments against real and personal property — all critical issues in wage recovery and employment litigation.

Before founding Levin-Epstein & Associates, Mr. Levin-Epstein was part of the Business Solutions, Governance, Restructuring & Bankruptcy practices at national and international law firms, handling complex litigation and transactional matters. He also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Alan H.W. Shiff in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut.

Mr. Levin-Epstein holds a B.S. in Foreign Service from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, where he earned multiple merit-based scholarships. He received his J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School
